Payment for tutoring is made at the time sessions are scheduled through this website. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 6 hours in advance. Sessions have to be rescheduled or cancelled using the button near the bottom of a confirming email for that particular session. Sessions cannot be rescheduled or cancelled by email, text or any means other than that button.

If a student does not join his/her session at the scheduled time, Professor Holton will remain available for 15 minutes. Students who have not joined the session after fifteen minutes are deemed no-shows. The remainder of the session is forfeit.

Professor Holton cannot guarantee benefits or outcomes resulting from tutoring. Learning, grades, advancement and admissions decisions depend on factors beyond Professor Holton’s control. Professor Holton will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is associated with such outcomes.

While Professor Holton strives to deliver the highest quality instruction, like any educator, his instruction may suffer from errors, misstatements or omissions. Professor Holton will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred as a result of such errors, misstatements or omissions.

This is a secure website. Payment information is encrypted and goes directly to a trusted payment processing firm in accordance with that firm’s protocols and applicable U.S. laws. Payment information is neither transmitted to nor stored on this site.

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the safety and security of this website, you access it at your own risk. Professor Holton will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred through accessing or use of this website.
